Overview

Kiara Vision is the browser extension of Kiara X. It works only with your own Kiara account, and only with the pictures and videos you pick.

This policy covers the extension. Your Kiara account itself is covered by the Kiara X Privacy Policy, linked below.

What Kiara Vision Sends, and When

Only when you pick a picture or a video (with its Recreate button, the right-click menu or pick mode), Kiara Vision sends to kiaraspicy.com:

• the picture or the clip itself, or its address so our server can fetch it;
• the name of the site it came from;
• the picture’s alt text and a nearby caption, at most 500 characters each;
• your own edits of the brief and your choices in the panel.

Getting a Video You Picked

To get a video you picked, Kiara Vision may re-open that post’s own page on the same site, ask the site’s public embed service for that post, or record the playing video in the page. While it records, a visible indicator shows on the page, and you can stop it at any time.

What Kiara Vision Never Collects

Your browsing history, the addresses of the pages you visit, cookies, passwords and form contents are never collected. Nothing is sent until you pick something.

How We Use It

We read the picture or clip to write the brief you see in the panel, and we make what you confirm: a recreation with your character, a reference in Kiara Create, or a draft for one of your agents.

To read pictures and clips we use AI service providers that act as our processors. They receive the picked media only to answer that one request, and may not use it for anything else.

How Long We Keep It

A picked picture or clip is kept for 24 hours at most, then deleted.

What you make from it is kept in your Kiara library like everything else you make on Kiara, until you delete it.

Sharing

We never sell what you pick, never use or share it for advertising, and never post anything anywhere for you.

Kiara Vision’s use of the data it receives follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Controls

Disconnect Kiara Vision from the panel’s account menu, or from your Kiara account, at any time. Removing the extension from your browser deletes everything it stored there.

If the extension starts handling data differently, this page is updated first and the date at the top changes.
